This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Due to the nature of our yoga services, we do not process refunds in most cases. Our services are consumed at the time they are rendered, and the value is immediate.
Exceptions
While refunds are generally not offered, we may consider a refund in certain specific circumstances, such as:
- Service Unavailability: If a class or workshop is canceled by Samatva Yoga and a suitable alternative is not available.
- Medical Emergencies: In cases of unforeseen medical conditions that prevent you from continuing your service, a partial refund may be considered upon submission of valid documentation.
- Refund will be made to the payment method user have used at time of making the payment.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Samatva Yoga. If a refund is approved, it may take up to 7 business days to be processed.
